Do you have any travel limitations?
No, we will travel to any location. Although New England is our home area, we are willing to travel to meet our customer’s requirements.
What kind of experience does SOPHA Weddings have?
We have combined to shoot over 200 weddings in various locations.
How many images do you take at a wedding?
Although this can vary on the type of wedding and the particular photographer, ut we usually capture between 500-2000 images. But allow us to stress that it is not the number of images that matters, but rather the quality.
How many photographers do you have?
We have a staff of over 20 experienced photographers. This is key for several reasons. First is that our photographers are great at capturing all of the key moments and they are great people to be around. Second is that by having a staff of great photographers and videographers we are able to have backups in case an emergency should ever come up. Note: We have been in business for 10 years and have never had to enact a backup situation.
What is your deposit policy?
We require a 50% deposit which is due at the time you sign your contract. The remaining 50% is due one month before the wedding day. We will be glad to customize a payment plan that works for you.
What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check or major credit cards.
How can my friends and family see my images after the wedding?
SOPHA Weddings will place your images in an online gallery within three weeks of the wedding. This will allow your friends and family to view images and make purchase if they desire. This gallery will remain online for three months.
How far in advance should we book SOPHA Weddings?
We recommend booking as soon as you have a location for your wedding confirmed. Our busiest season is from April to November.
Do I have to meet with you before the wedding?
We recommend meeting with SOPHA Weddings staff before your big day so we can plan to create the best images. If you aren’t able to fit a visit to our Manchester, NH studio, we can plan a phone meeting to plan the particulars.
Can I print my own pictures?
Yes, the images that will be provided on the CD are high quality. However, our professional printing delivers the highest quality and longevity that cannot be matched by retail and home printing.
When will I get my images?
Your wedding images will be online for you and your friends and family to view about three weeks after your wedding. Your image CD will be mailed to you shortly thereafter.
What kind of equipment do you use?
The photographers at SOPHA Weddings use the best professional digital cameras and studio lighting available. Every photographer is prepared with backup equipment in the unlikely event that a piece of equipment should unexpectedly fail.
Do you produce wedding albums?
Of course. Our most popular product are our modern coffee-table style albums.
